Description

This Supply Chain Coordinator will report directly into the Head of Logistics & Customer Service while coordinating order administration and customer facing activities, managing customer orders, queries and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure that the right customer orders are delivered to the right place at the right time with professional and efficient customer service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Monitor the logistics of all international orders
  • Co-ordinate and maintain order management plans for key customers
  • Co-ordinate goods return process if/when applicable
  • Handle customer queries and support in the resolution of complaints
  • Ensure flawless customer service is delivered to each and every customer at all times
  • Ensuring the customer is kept proactively up to date with progress of their order at all times
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of service and SLAs to improve overall efficiency of the supply chain
