Ok so you're asking what will I be doing, who will I be working with, whats the team like?

As the Quality Manager you'll be running the Quality department with your QC's (Champions that is!), leading customer and supplier visits, ensuring the products meet the specifications as well as the legal and compliance aspect, auditing of course, training staff and developing your team. With a transparent structure you'll working closely with the site's Technical Manager as well as the team in Production...team work....makes the dream work!
