With recent heavy investment and an increase in site operations this fast paced food manufacturing company is looking to identify an Operations Manager that wants to be part of a fundamental period in the history of the business in heading up the end to end manufacturing process with full P&L responsibility, including the opportunity to make your own mark on a global scale.
This isn't any Operations Manager role.
Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible the commissioning of new equipment and machinery within a new, thriving site along with placing a focus on developing each department including Engineering, Technical, Production, Supply Chain and NPD.
With your commercial acumen, you will play a part in making key decisions in building a customer base that is constantly expanding and delivering the best service on their recent acquisition of new products.
It goes without saying that you will have a proven track record in consistently delivering as a high-performing Operations Manager within fast paced food manufacturing businesses. Extensive experience in delivering CAPEX projects and commissioning new manufacturing sites will be important to your success.
