As our Engineering Project Manager, you’ll be joining a business that’s investing heavily in its future. Multi-million pound investment in our factories, infrastructure, equipment, processes and people make this a rare and exciting opportunity.

KP Snacks operates 8 factories across the UK, from Tanfield (Co. Durham) to Ashby de la Zouch (Leicestershire) and making many famous brands including McCoy’s, Hula Hoops, KP Nuts, Butterkist, Pom-Bear, and our new brands Tyrrells and Popchips.

You’ll be part of a highly regarded team and will play a key role in ensuring our plant, equipment, site services, land and buildings are maintained to acceptable standards for a business producing food products for major multiple retailers.

Some of your key skills will include:

• Managing significant CAPEX expenditure budgets
• Project management
• Contractor management
• Stakeholder management

You will need to be a qualified engineer with significant experience in the following areas:

• Food manufacturing / production / FMCG experience
• Project and Maintenance Engineering
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Cost centre management, budgeting and forecasting
• Quality Management Systems knowledge and experience
