Looking to lead an exciting retailer project. Within a large site that are developing a new product range?

A leading company in the food industry are actively looking to recruit for a new technical manager to join its large technical team. This pivotal role will be reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, being a number 2, and working closely with him to ensure the standards of the product to the major retailers are to the highest standards. To do this you will be leading a large QA team, developing, training and setting goals for the team.

The company are a leader within their sector and from this site are supplying to a range of major retailers and are expanding their range with new products, innovating their product sector. In addition to their product range they are well known for the development of promising staff, with career progression across sites and roles.

We are looking for great staff here who can be part of the growth and potential develop their career, so aside from the technical skills we are also looking for the right drive and passion to consistently develop your skills. On the technical side we need someone who has:

-A background in food manufacturing
-Knowledge of retailer standards
-A proven track record in managing and developing QA teams.
-Knowledge of major retailer requirements
