Planning Manager

Our client are market leaders in their niche industry sector and are looking for a professional Planning Manager to join their growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company looking to double its production and turnover next year, with the potential of developing the role further. A new position within the company reporting into the Financial Director being involved in major decisions from production to warehousing.​

Job Role

This is a new role responsible for efficiently planning production in a fast paced, busy production environment as well as developing accurate forecasting systems and procedures for people, materials and capacity.

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will be need to have strong experience in the key areas below:

- Forecasting a long term demand plan

- Create and manage a monthly production plan

- Manage all stock levels

- Raise PO's and check progress for all inventory items

- Plan and arrange delivery to customers globally
