Are you a highly motivated and ambitious Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor looking to join a leading manufacturing site?
My client is looking for a forward thinking individual with a proven track record of managerial experience within the Food or FMCG sector.
As a Production Team Leader/Supervisor you will be instrumental in driving the team's performance ensuring they achieve above and beyond expected KPI's as well as creating a culture to thrive in.
Skills Required:
- Experience working in a fast paced Food or FMCG environment
- Proven track record of consistently achieving above and beyond key KPI's
- Over 3 years' experience working as Production Team Leader / Supervisor
- Successful implementation of Lean manufacturing and CI practices
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on responsibilities and wants to be involved in a strong, dynamic management team.
