Senior Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Salford, Manchester.

38 to 40 Thousand per Annum + Overtime when applicable. 20 Days plus B/H Pension, Phone etc....

Chief engineers role at a well established cooked meat manufacturer in the North of England, reporting directly to the directors. A background in food is expected and experience working with packaging machinery is required as is High / Low risk experience.

Must be electrically biased - 17th Version or equivalent. PLC Experience preferred.

The role is predominantly hands on and there are two direct reports so there is an element of managing a team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for progression for an experienced shift manager or supervisor to step up into a more senior role whilst still maintaining the hands on element of maintenance engineering within a small family run business.
