This is a great opportunity for a proven Despatch Supervisor to take a step up into a Despatch Manager position with responsibility for the whole outbound facility.
You will be taking on an energetic team that need a manager who can give direction and coaching with a free reign to make key decisions and improvements moving forward.
If you are looking for an easy role that you can kick back and relax in, this is not the one. You will always need to be on the front foot and be the first to help when times get tough.
With it being a fast paced environment, you will have operated in the food manufacturing industry previously and look to push on in your career.
