A great Sales and Marketing Administrator opportunity has presented itself in the heart of Watford for a niche confectionery distributor. Our client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable administrator who has worked within a hands-on role and looking for an exciting and challenging role.

 

Job Role

This role is responsible for sales order processing, social media marketing and account management of a key client. You will work within a small team who manage everything from goods-in to dispatch and marketing to finance. Communication with clients is carried out through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails. You will promote the business and support all sales processing.

 

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will be need to have strong experience in the key areas below:

- Manage all emails and orders

- Manage a key account client on sales process
- Manage clients service issues through to resolution
- Order processing
- Maintaining website with regular updates as and when required
- Manage all aspects of the Social Media accounts
- Stock inventory, pricing lists and product lists management
- Create and send weekly newsletter and new product specifications to key clients
- Management of clients information of database
