Nigel Wright are currently working with a leading Food Manufacturing business that have been through, and continue to go through an exciting period of change and growth. It is due to this growth that they now need to recruit a dedicated Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for one of their sites.
The job requires the successful individual to play a key role in ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors to the site. There will also be a need to influence the SLT, to ensure that the HSE strategy is developed and implemented to the highest of standards.
Whilst this role is as much about leadership as Health & Safety, you will need to be a qualified H&S professional. You will take pride in coaching colleagues and managers to ensure their understanding of Health & Safety best practice is continually developed.
Key requirements of the role include:
? Degree qualification, preferably in a relevant discipline
? Nebosh Health and Safety Diploma
? Nebosh Fire Management Certificate
? IEMA/Nebosh Environmental Certificate working towards Diploma Standard Internal Auditing Qualification
