Job Details
Identifying training and development needs and overseeing appropriate training across the production team, engineering and central office functions, covering both mandatory and operational skills.
Client Details
The client is an FMCG food manufacturer with multiple sites in West Yorkshire looking to bolster their their production training team.
Description
You will take responsibility for the management of a small team and ensure that all KPI's are met
Execute the Education & Training plan to ensure that all employees have access to and are fully compliant in all mandatory training
Development and delivery of bespoke training in response to business needs e.g. Front Line Manager workshops, train the trainer workshops.
Able to produce professionally Safe Operating Procedures
Carry out evaluations of training activities, backed up with data analysis, identifying any gaps in learning throughout the organisation
Arrange training for Competition, Compliance, Dawn Raid, AB&C, Data Protection and Red Book for new starters and refresher training for existing employees.
Oversee that all statutory and quality compliance training is tracked, arranged and documented in an "audit ready" state at all times.
Profile
Certificate in Training Practice qualification, or equivalent
Energised individual who ideally has demonstrable experience of working within FMCG or a similar fast paced environment.
Level 4 Food Safety
Level 3 HACCP (Level 4 Desirable)
IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)
Apprenticeship levy understanding
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience within training and development, including the design and delivery of training as well as management of training plans and programs
Experience of working with diverse teams.
Enthusiastic, resilient and adaptable to change
Job Offer
37.5 hours per week over Monday - Friday (Flexible start and finish times)
