Role

Reporting into the Operations Manager and leading a team of Hygiene Operatives, main responsibilities will include the following: To ensure that the highest quality and food safety standards are embedded throughout the factory and that standards of hygiene and good housekeeping are appropriate to a quality Food manufacturer; To champion hygiene across all aspects of the factory and work closely with other Departments to promote a high level of awareness of the importance of the Hygiene function; To deliver compliance in all site audits both announced and unannounced. 

Candidate

You will have a proven track record in Hygiene Management within Food Manufacturing. You may come from any food background. You will be COSHH trained ideally with Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team passionate about the sector in which they specialise. You will be just as comfortable on the shop floor as you are in the board room!
