A great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, with an Electrical bias has become available to work for a large FMCG company. This position is commutable for Engineers that live either near or in Greater Manchester. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will join a recognised manufacturer and benefit from the reputation and strong emphasis placed on training and development.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering qualification
• Previous experience carrying out maintenance within a FMCG factory
• Electrical and Mechanical skills which include: 3 phase motors, drives, relays, contactors, fault-finding on PLC’s / Mechanical – belts, bearings, chains
• You will be required to work on both Electrical and Mechanical Faults, on the production lines
• As Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be a strong team player

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on machinery (70% Electrical / 30% Mechanical)
• Working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off – days and nights
• You will be working on a variety of projects
