Are you looking for your next challenging Interim H&S role? If yes, read on....

Why is this role challenging? Well, unfortunately after a recent audit this site urgently needs to bring its health and safety standards back in line with their H&S strategy. Our client realises that a culture change needs to happen, and happen quickly and this needs to be implemented from the shop floor upwards, with everyone in the business taking ownership.

You will need to hit the ground running, quickly establishing what requirements need addressing and then setting out a strategy for the future. You will report into the Site Director, but will have complete ownership of H&S on site.

This contract will be initially three months, but is likely to be extended whilst the site recruits the role permanently and will want a lengthy hand over as well.
