The Role

In this instrumental role you will be tasked with assisting the end to end supply chain function working with suppliers to ensure logistic strategies are achieved. The key responsibilities of the role will include managing forecasts, demand and supply planning whilst liaising with production teams on stock plans. You’ll be responsible for building close relationships with clients, manufacturing sites plus third party providers alongside taking care of incoming and outgoing customer orders. In addition you’ll coordinate between sales, marketing and accounts departments regarding promotions and new listings. You will also ensure client minimum order quantities and invoicing requirements are met whilst working towards quarterly/ annual targets.

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly organised and determined individual who has previous experience of working in a similar Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics position within food manufacturing or FMCG. You’ll have an analytical approach and excellent problem solving skills combined with the ability to efficiently lead, drive and implement projects. You must have high attention to detail, be able to manage priorities and ability to build close relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and logistics suppliers.

Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are also crucial in order to keep up with the pace in this dynamic environment.
