Packhouse Area Manager / Fresh Produce / South Lincolnshire

The Company:
Our client is a world leading grower and packer of fresh produce, who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of produce to the UK retail and wholesale sectors. They are looking for a Packhouse Area Manager to join their site in South Lincolnshire, who is equally as passionate about maintaining this high standard of service.

The Role:
Reporting into the Multi-site Production Manager, this role will consist of managing the production area, taking responsibility for ensuring maximum efficiency within a safe working environment. You will be in charge of managing and controlling the use of labour within the production area, as well as ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities, in order to see the area, staff and equipment are always working at its optimum efficiency.

Candidate specification:
If you are an experienced and hard-working Packhouse or Production Area Manager, then our client wants to hear from you. It is essential that you have experience working within an FMCG environment, preferably with a strong knowledge of food or fresh produce. You must also be a confident people person, who is capable of successfully working alone as well as successfully leading a team of staff.
