Unique ingredients, unique products, unique business.
I'm gonna throw it out there... you won't have experience working with food like this yet.
It's not a big deal for the employer, it will just give you the chance to learn something completely different.
They're not some massive group where you'll disappear as another number. It's far more personal than that with about 20 people in production.
And in terms of the quality department - you'll be it.
Don't let that put you off. There will be a lot of support from senior management and you will actually be reporting straight into the GM. So nothing lost in translation, you'll know what's going on in the business and you'll actually be able to have an impact and suggest ideas.
The company itself is in a great place. There's no one like them on the market and the customer base is growing due to this. So growing business... which means growing position... just in general a lot of growth.
All that they require from you is a good understanding of BRC and HACCP, food manufacturing experience of some sort and the ability to take ownership of a role yourself and deal with senior figures confidently.
