With high standards comes high expectations and this a great opportunity if you have high aspirations.

You will need to be a well-seasoned Factory Manager who has experience of working with major retailers in the food industry. Ideally you will have experience of improving processes and procedures; if it's in preparation for bringing a new customer on board - even better.

With growth plans of 30% and the recent acquisition of a key retailer, this is not a typical Factory Manager role. It is already an impressive site, with a big push to improve standards, grow significantly, and produce high specification products - they need you in place to drive this forward.

This increase in growth will require you to have excellent planning abilities, the ability to forecast needs in advance whilst also being adaptable and able to react to unforeseen events. Stressful situations are met with a measured approach whilst also having a positive attitude and a resilience that means you continue working at your optimal best.

You will also need to be skilled in the management of not just the factory operations, but also of the people working alongside you. With a push to increase standards can often come a little uncertainty, you need to be confident in empowering employees to all work towards the same goal.
