You delivering the 3 areas above is exactly what's needed here. It's been a busy couple of years with lots of change, new customers and investment. Not exactly a bad situation but an experienced Factory Manager like yourself who can steady the ship and build for the future will do this place wonders.



As the Factory Manager you'll lead around 200 people through a team of Production Managers. Ensuring a safe environment for all, you'll oversee daily performance, giving your team the tools and expertise to deliver. As well as the day to day, you'll lay out plans for the future, looking at where your factory can grow and improve to accommodate inevitable increases in volume as the business continues to expand.



It's not all sunshine and roses, I'd be lying if I told you it was. This is a demanding site which will no doubt test your experience of food factory management.
