Production Manager

A company within the FMCG industry is looking for their next Production Manager. They are looking for someone who can not only run a shift where the people are looked after, coached and developed, but who has an eye for implementing Continuous Improvement methods throughout.

You will be reporting into the Operations Manager who will be entrusting you with extra responsibility to maintain the already high standards and impeccable results. Key performance indicators are the norm, you will be required to drive engagement and keep the team focused.

Health and Safety training is a necessity but you know how to make it fun and to keep the staff complying with regulations. The most important factor being your staff arrive with 8 fingers and 2 thumbs and leave with 8 fingers and 2 thumbs, and a smile on their faces!
