Section Leader

A fast moving, high pressured production manager is looking for their next line leader, a line leader who does more than just the day to day leading. Someone who wants the team to have the best results, not only in the factory but in the company as a whole!

You will be expected to drive the team of 12 to remain focused and engaged to ensure they are helping to keep the shelves of our supermarkets stocked and our nation fed! You will be reporting into the Production Manager who will be keeping a watchful eye over you and will be questioning discrepancies that may arise, but not in a confrontational way, a way in which you will educate each other to learn from the event.

By working closely with the production manager you will be heavily involved in the future lay out and plans for the teams. You're the one who has the most exposure so you're the one that knows best, right? Training and coaching your team will come naturally, but you will be responsible for highlighting potential and developing the motivated ones to better themselves.

Perfect opportunity for an experienced operative to take a step up the progression ladder and out from under the comfort blanket.
