I am currently looking for a Quality and Technical Auditor to join a team that is fun and vibrant.

My client is a leading manufacturer of premium food products working with all major retailers. This role is a great opportunity to get into the food industry.

We are looking for the individual to ideally have technical experience and a thorough understanding of retailer's requirements along with knowledge of BRC. For this role we would ideally be requiring the individual to have a placement year of working with a food manufacturer who supply retailers working under BRC.

It is essential you are passionate about the food industry!

This position will hold the following responsibilities -

- Create a clear understanding of the hygiene standards and practices.
- Ensure all HACCP and Due Diligence procedures are implemented by staff.
- Work with finished product specifications are make sure they are maintain.
- Quality assurance analysis.
- Check all GMP's, safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Work with production practices and highlight to the Technical strategies.
