At the cutting edge of the drinks industry, this company is looking to appoint a Production Manager to help guide the company along a rapid growth curve, whilst maintaining their reputation for excellence in quality. The company has recently moved to larger premises and the Production Manager will be instrumental in taking the business to the next level. Ultimately you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, clean and organised production process and providing a safe working environment

The company are looking for an inspirational and decisive leader with proven success in a production role within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.  A good understanding of the technical and quality aspects of food production is essential along with a solutions-led approach to ensuring the continual smooth running of the production function.

Are you someone who has experience of ….

• Championing continuous improvement with your team, developing concepts into viable change projects. Identifying and suggesting improvements to new and existing procedures
• Effectively leading and engaging the Production team through change management programmes
• Ensuring that any Non-conformances raised are acted upon promptly with corrective action implemented
• Delivering and overseeing training in work instructions & procedures, cleanliness & sanitation and safe operation of all equipment and utensils; including COSHH
