Take a successful new food brand to the next level in this newly created position.
How do you fancy a new role leading a small team in a growing entrepreneurial business? Here you'll be taking ownership of all product innovation, process and packaging development for this successful brand, based in London.
They are already doing incredibly well with their high-quality products in retail and premium foodservice providers in the UK and internationally. There is a clear strategy to deliver further sustainable growth and this position is integral to its success.
You'll be based at the manufacturing site in London with a test kitchen and small development team. You'll be passionate about creating delicious tasting food using high quality, natural ingredients that are ethically sourced.
To do well you'll need experience developing commercially successful new products from concept to launch including recipe and packaging development and factory trials.
You'll be someone who enjoys autonomy and the fast-pace of a growing business and be able to manage ambiguity and change. You'll be great at confidently presenting your ideas and influencing others in a positive way.
