The client has earned an excellent reputation in the chilled food manufacturing industry - successfully producing innovative and quality food products for the major UK food retailers. The business is going from strength to strength so it's a great time be part of it!

As part of the site senior leadership team you'll manage the day to day Engineering operation, driving the PPM schedule and reducing downtime, plus support the Engineering Project Manager where required.

With a strong chilled food manufacturing background, clearly you'll be used to managing teams 'hands on' in very fast-paced and challenging environments. The team need stability and a strong leader to raise the standards and drive the Engineering strategy until the permanent replacement is recruited.

Expected assignment duration is 3-6 months.
