The job

The purpose of your role is to provide assistance to the technical compliance team, ensuring that all customer complaints are logged and closed out in a timely manner and debit notes raised.

You will maintain the customer complaint database and provide trending data as required, manage the internal audit system, coordinate completion of customer KPI / weekly reports and maintain the auto-coding database ensuring information is current and accurate.    

Your experience

To be considered for the Technical Compliance Assistant role, you will preferably be a holder of a degree/HND within a food science/technology discipline and will possess some food industry technical administration experience. High attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be IT proficiency is also required.

The Technical Compliance Assistant job is based in the West Midlands region and is paying £18,500 plus excellent benefits including company pension, 33 days holiday, childcare vouchers plus learning and development opportunities.

The working hours are Monday to Friday.
