We are seeking a talented individual to join an innovative, high quality manufacturer which supplies to various retailers throughout the UK. You will join a friendly and supportive team with a fantastic, fun working atmosphere.
You will check customers lead times, ensure product codes are correct on all new orders received, complete data entry of sales orders onto Excel and Sage 200, book-in deliveries via phone, email or web portals, email customers to confirm orders received and advise on delivery dates, work closely with other departments to resolve any trade customer complaints and order queries, update pick figures daily for major supermarkets and manage stock levels and stock replenishment in depots.
To be considered for the Sales Order Processor, you will be a highly organised individual who has fantastic attention to detail and has previously worked in a related customer administration role, most preferably with FMCG or food manufacturing. You will have good numerical skills, have an excellent telephone manner and also be IT literate, especially with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and most ideally Sage 200.
The Sales Order Processor job is based in Home Counties / East Anglia region and is paying £20,263. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm, however flexibility will be required including up to 15 Saturday shifts during the year.
This role is a 6-month contract.
