The job

As Warehouse Operative, you will report directly into the Warehouse Manager.  You will ensure that the warehouse is a safe and clean environment to work in whilst picking and packing orders for despatch.  In addition you will help with the loading and unloading of stock, check stock for correct input onto system, ensure that the stock is rotated in date order and replenished in the correct location, and report and record any items unfit for use.

Your experience

We are seeking a good team player who has experience in a forklift operating role.   You will have the ability to work well as both a team player and on your own initiative whilst under pressure. You will also be able to prioritise, be logically minded, fit and agile with a good level of accuracy and great communication skills.

More details

The Warehouse Operative job is based in the South East region and is paying £17,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday – Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm in 3 shift patterns with some flexibility required.
