Fantastic opportunity for site HR Manager to be part of the Senior Leadership Team with a dynamic chilled food manufacturer.

This food manufacturer truly understands the value that a commercially switched on HRM can add to the business. If you are brimming with innovative ideas, you understand how to engage with stakeholders and can bring strategic influence as part of the Senior Management Team, this is a role that will excite you.

As a leading manufacturer of chilled top-quality food, supplying to all the major retailers, attaining the highest BRC accreditation is the name of the game. As the HR Manager for this high-performing site, your standards will need to be high too.

A HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified and with depth in ER and unions, you'll thrive in robust, fast-paced environments, recognise talent and understand how to coach and motivate to bring out the best in people.

This is no desk job, you'll feel the beating heart of the factory through your presence on the shop floor, engaging with key stakeholders to strategically align the people plan to the business plan
