Warehouse Team Leader / Fresh Produce / South Lincolnshire

The Company:
Our client is a world leading grower and packer of fresh produce, who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of produce to the UK retail and wholesale sectors. They are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their site in South Lincolnshire, who is equally as passionate about maintaining their high standard of service.

The Job:
Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisors, this role will mainly consist of controlling and managing the team of Warehouse and Yard Operatives, to ensure all duties within the Warehouse and associated areas are completed in a safe, structured and organised manner. You will also be responsible for making sure the team follow both the company and customers policies. The shift pattern for this role is 2-2-2, but as with any job in this sector, flexibility is key.

Candidate specification:
If you have strong planning and communication skills, and have worked in a similar role within a manufacturing environment before, then we want to hear from you. It is essential that you have experience working within an FMCG environment, preferably with a strong knowledge of food or fresh produce. You must also be confident in your knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, and enforcing them amongst a wider team of people.
