About our Client:

We are working with a leading grower who farm over 1000 acres from around the world, they supplier fresh fruit into the retail sector, and are looking to strengthen the Quality team with the appointment of an experienced QA Manager.

About the Role:

This role will support and manage the Quality team, you will oversee the documentation of paperwork for Production, Technical and Compliance teams. You will conduct internal audits, you will manage the documentation of KPI's and report back on these to the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

For this role you will be currently working in a Quality Manager role / Product Manager / Technical Assistant / QA Supervisor role within a fresh produce business, you will have good working knowledge of retailer standards and codes of practice, you will have experience of managing a team and ideally experience of fresh fruit.

Minimum Requirements:

For this opportunity you must have excellent technical experience and general knowledge of fresh produce.
