Having been bought by a larger company this dairy site is now being integrated into the wider group and needs you to help implement site-based quality management systems consistent with the group. As one of the company's larger sites it would see you in the spotlight and certain to get noticed by the Senior Leadership team.

The company is family owned and operates in between an own label manufacturer and a blue-chip organisation meaning reduced red tape but strong support and brand exposure. Their products are the highest quality and as Site Technical Manager it will be your responsibility to keep it that way. Reporting to the Group Head of Quality you will manage a team of Technical Coordinators, Lab Team Leaders and Lab Techs. You will shape this team, develop their skills and utilise them to drive Continuous Improvements.

Your technical skills such as HACCP, Food Safety and Auditing and background in either dairy, brewing or other liquid food processing will give you the foundations to succeed. Your drive to achieve results for yourself and through your team will ensure you make an impact.

Reporting to the Head of Quality in a matrix structure, your ability to influence on a site level while reporting to a group functional head will be crucial.
