FTC Recruitment Manager, (Food or Retail), London

A Recruiter is not just for Christmas.....

It's until February at least! I have a fantastic opportunity for you, if you're a Recruitment Manager or a Recruiter or even a proven Resourcer. One of our key clients requires assistance with recruitment over the next three months as the business goes through an exciting transformation process.

What's in it for you I hear you ask? Just having this company name on your CV will be kudos enough! But in all seriousness, this role will challenge your capabilities and put your experience to the test. To use a typical recruitment cliché, you will most definitely need to hit the ground running, with the sheer amount of recruitment currently taking place.

This role requires direct sourcing experience, so knowledge of the food industry or retail sector will hold you in good stead. You will collaborate with line managers to understand their recruitment needs, before engaging attraction methods such as advertising and sourcing on job boards. You will manage the recruitment process from end to end including the on-boarding. You will have budget responsibility and also manage agency performance. (So, feel free to put a good word in for me if you get the job)

The key element to this role in ensuring a positive recruitment experience for any potential candidate, acting as a key Ambassador

for the brand.
