Looking for your next challenge as a Hygiene Supervisor?

This is no simple hygiene role, you will be working on an industrial scale, ensuring chemicals and equipment are handled safely, and that all staff use the correct personal protective equipment. With this comes a responsibility to make sure all hygiene documentation is accurate and up to date, and that regulations are followed.

You will be an experienced supervisor with the ability to manage and motivate a team in often quite busy and challenging environments. You will be confident in conducting appraisals and able to make sure your team is trained to the appropriate standard.

The wider team environment is crucial too, and you will communicate effectively with all departments across the site to ensure you work together successfully. This will include meeting cleaning requirements by planning and controlling staff movements.

To be successful in this environment you need to make sure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. You will also have an interest in health and safety, an ability to foresee potential problems before they arise, and be keen to continuously improve standards.
