Technical/NPD Executive

I am currently recruiting a Technical/NPD Executive to join a manufacturer of premium branded products, supplying to a broad customer range including all major retailers

The role is based in County Meath and the salary would be circa €30-40k depending on experience.

Within this business, Technical/NPD are a small but very interconnected team, which is why the role does cover elements of both.
They are very passionate about innovation and do have a constant stream of new products going on, so they are looking for someone really passionate about food and food science to join the team.

Some of the main elements of this role would include:
- Manage nutritional sample requirements, allergen management and TACCP assessments
- Create/manage all product specifications and QAS’s
- Responsible for new product sign out sheet and proceeding to compile MRP’s
- Conversion of kitchen recipe into production recipe, and sourcing/coordinating ingredients for 1st production trials
- Creation of all product BOP’s and artwork
- Supplier approval
- Taste panels
