The company are a leading manufacturer of branded and own label products that you will probably have and use in your household. A winner of numerous awards and an innovative organisation with multiple sites.

The Role:

• You will take responsibility for all health and safety on site reporting to the Site GM
• Get to know all the staff individually and influence them in the importance of health and safety on site
• Work with Senior Managers in driving a change in the business
• Getting into the factory and implementing tools and techniques to bring a stronger view on site safety
• Assuring best practice always
• Working on short- and long-term projects in the business

You:

• NEBOSH qualified or equivalent
• Experience within manufacturing. Ideally this will be in food or FMCG
• A positive "can do" attitude and drive to succeed
