Main responsibilities
•Responsibility for ensuring achievement of daily production targets for their sections in respect of volume, efficiency, quality and accuracy, ensuring all customers receive high quality products on the day requested. •Ensures safety policies and standards are met, to ensure a safe working environment. •Fill in Area documentation to ensure all efficiency data is accurately recorded on an hourly basis. •Ensure high standards are maintained and walkaway standards are correct. •Ensure machine failures are reported and escalation procedures are followed. •Assists with training and development of colleagues to achieve a fully flexible and highly effective team.
