Production Shift Manager

Running a shift within the food industry isn't necessarily the easiest thing in the world but it is rewarding knowing you have contributed to feeding the nation, not everyone can say they've played a part in such a huge demand.

Being an experienced Production manager or Shift manager means you have knowledge of working within an operation where performance is effectively measured and improved through KPI's. It means you have exposure of GMP and have ample Continuous Improvement methods you are looking to drive and implement in your next role.

You will be reporting into the Operations Manager who has a lot of ideas and plans for the future based around Lean techniques, so looking for a strong and motivational Production manager who can support the team forward onto bigger and better things. The culture is already in a really good place, but as any food production environment the staff will benefit from having additional coaching and training, so you need to be confident communicating both verbally and written.
