Let's start with the role.

First up, it's a newly created position for the business. So they need someone to come in with a real energy and passion to grab it and make it their own.

Being a group role, it also open up a window of opportunities to go on to bigger and better things either at group level or at specific sites! Something that the business is renowned for.

In terms of the day to day, your time will mainly be spent on site. However the opportunity is there to go out with the supplier auditors to assist in audits.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the group wide supplier approval database. And I can't say too much, but there's exciting projects coming up on that!

From a business point of view, they manufacturer a whole host of complex products and cover just about every retailer across the group. Currently with over 1000 suppliers. You'll be busy!
