Nights Shift Manager 4 nights on 4 nights off 6pm to 6am

THE COMPANY:

 A successful drinks business with a number of branded and own label products requires a talented Nights Shift Manager with the potential to progress. You will be part of a dynamic, forward thinking team, striving to deliver first class products and service.

We want candidates who can demonstrate success as a shift manager, including motivating and managing the shift and are ready to progress to managing two night shifts.  Setting KPIs and contributing to improved efficiency and production on site. You will work closely with planning to set production targets. You will have a focus on cost reduction and continuous improvement. You will have a safety first attitude and high level of hygiene and end of shift management. You will have a team of Shift Managers and Coordinators as direct reports.

ABOUT YOU:

 You will have previous shift management experience and have had line management responsibility for a food -drinks production line or the entire production workforce.  A brilliant relationship builder is critical.

• Possess a BTEC HNC/HND in Engineering  or a degree in business/management. We will consider time served shift managers
• An ability to work cross functionally and build internal relationships is essential.
