This is a generalist role and as such you will either already have experience of managing a team in a larger manufacturing set up, or you will have worked in a smaller environment in a standalone function.

Besides your EI skills, you have an in-depth knowledge of all things HR. You are the go-to person for any queries in this arena and if you don't have the answer you know where to go to find it.
