As the HSE Manager you will have responsibility for all areas of health and safety, environmental issues, and security. As such, you need to be able to relate to people as individuals and bring them into the fold of the team.

This is a challenging role but in a large, innovative, and extremely high performing site. You will need to have a high level of intellect and an ability to assess what is working well and the originality to see where things can be improved. Continuous Improvement is at the heart of what you will be doing and lays the foundations for a true zero incident culture.

As the HSE Manager you will be managing and supporting three key areas and the staff within: health and safety, environmental, and training. Strong leadership skills are essential and you will have experience of managing across a variety of areas.
