Responsible for maintaining and developing the site Quality Management System, management of the site microbiological, chemical and organoleptic testing program, and completion of internal and external KPI reports.
To provide technical and administrative support to the site, our customers, the sales team, and the technical department.
Completion of customer KPI’s and score cards.
Completion of technical documents as requested by customers, enforcing bodies, and internal customers.
To assist in completion of internal and external audit documents.
To participate in factory visits and audits.
To prepare technical reports and trend analysis as required by the business.
Participation in HACCP development meetings.
Maintenance of the site Quality Management System.
Relevant Food Science Degree or Equivalent
Food Safety Level 3 (Desirable)
HACCP Level 2 (Desirable)
•An understanding of HACCP principles and auditing (e.g., Quality Management System, GMP, and hygiene).
•Previous experience in preparing technical review documents such as customer complaints, GMP audits and microbiological results.
•Previous Experience in a similar role
•Experience using computers – pivot tables/excel/word/powerpoint
•Willingness to undertaken training in – Pest Awareness/Chemical handling/Allergen
