Senior Food Technologist

We are recruiting for a talented Senior Food Technologist to join an innovative food business based in Surrey.

The Senior Technologist will work closely with a number of high profile customers, ensuring all products are compliant. You will also be tasked with managing a number of suppliers and completing factory audits. You will manage a small team and be responsible for completing technical specifications and assist suppliers in developing new products.

The successful Senior Technologist will possess the following skills & experiences:

• Degree educated in a Food Science or related discipline
• A real foodie with a passion innovation, and a proven track record of working in the food industry
• HACCP Level 3 & BRC Auditing experience
• Experienced in specification writing and an understanding of retailer codes of practice
