You will be working with some of the best brains in the business, as you take control of a site that has bags of opportunity for improvement and development. As a lean expert, you will get the chance to relay your knowledge and experience across multiple sites with strong support from both above and below.
Now, let's face it. You probably have tons of experience in Factory Management. Turning sites around, commissioning new factories and driving performance. However, I'm sure there haven't been many that can give you a dual site responsibility along with a clear path of progression ultimately leading into directorship?
