Are you a QA Manager who has systems knowledge? Are you a QA manager who loves to be hands on? Are you a character who can be faced by challenges and remain calm....prepared to hit the ground running?

So this role will be working with all major retailers in the chilled sector and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking individual to join the technical team.

Don't worry this role is not on a shift and to be honest has some nice working hours!

We require a personality that will ensure all procedures are being followed - you must be able to communicate with the entire factory. As QA Manager you will be developing the QA team, looking at elements with a new pair of eyes and bringing in new and relevant ideas, involving KPI's to motivate and progress the quality team.

You will have responsibility for advising on all technical aspects of factory production and its environment, ensuring that all products meet customer and legal requirements, particularly food safety - driving continuous improvement at all times.

The perfect candidate for this role will be passionate about their position and eager to progress their career as well as supporting any company they plan to work with. With the ability to work well within a team, you must be hungry to achieve the best standards and ensure that the team achieves the highest standards at all times.

We are looking for someone who is a self-motivator and has influencing skills.
