Are you an experienced Technical Manager with a strong track-record of working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

The Role:

• To control, communicate and monitor all food safety legality and quality aspects of the company's performance.
• Setting standards which surpass the needs of wants of their customers.
• Supporting the MD, you will look to maintain and improve the Quality Management Systems, including HACCP.
• You will coordinate the approval of suppliers and work with the retailers to ensure accuracy of specifications.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Technical Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in meat/protein and high-risk.
• Awareness of BRC standards and HACCP
• A natural leader with a track record of nurturing and motivating a team - someone who loves to get hands-on in the factory
