Interim HR Administrator - 12 month contract
£20K - £23K + Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to work within the HR team of this leading food business. You will act as a first point of contact to line managers and employees to provide advice on all generalist HR queries. You will be responsible for: providing HR administration support to all aspects of operational activities such as employee relations and performance management; co-ordinating recruitment and selection; assisting with the organisation of training; supporting the team in the management of absence.
Ideally, you will possess previous HR administration experience gained within a busy HR environment. A resourceful approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail is required as is the ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload.
