Interim HR Administrator
It's nice when your friends have heard of the company you work for already, isn't it? Having to explain that the company you work for, and why they are a "leader in their sector" or, "if you were in the industry you would have heard of them" can get boring.
No such problem here, this company is a well-known branded food business. It's a big group and a multi-national and such, but the reason you should consider going for this contract is that the company takes the time necessary to develop employees.
A secondment internally means that I need to find them an HR Administrator for at least a year. You will get to do the normal day-to-day stuff that you are accustomed to like the administration of absenteeism, employee communications, prepping payroll and supporting ER cases; and you will also get exposure to HR Advisor responsibilities.
They are looking for someone experienced in HR (from any industry) and using Microsoft Office programs. Ideally, you have experience using an HR MRP / SAP system; but if not then that will be one of the first of many things you will learn.
The responsibilities you have held will look good on your CV, and you won't have to spend time explaining who you worked for in the next interview you go for, they'll know.
